What This Program Is

The First Domino Method is a phased, health-first system for men who want to fix the foundation everything depends on — their body.


If your body is healthy, you can have hundreds, even thousands of problems.
If your body is unhealthy, you only have one.

The entire program lives inside that first domino, where we work through clearly-defined phases for:
• Strength training — starting with a movement assessment and building skill before pushing intensity
• A structured nutrition system — where your favorite foods are built into your daily calories
• Daily movement and cardiovascular health
• Smart, strategic supplementation
• Recovery and lifestyle structure

This is a system that teaches you how to think rather than what to think.

We start with an assessment of where you are in each area.
From there, everything is tailored to you and your body.

Right now, you're dealing with conflicting information, generic meal plans, extreme diets, or unhelpful "just eat clean" advice.

No one ever teaches you the mechanics — how to determine what your body actually needs, how it responds, how to handle real-life situations, and how to sustain it long-term.

This is a phased system.

You build a solid foundation first, then everything else becomes easier.

I grew up playing sports my whole life. I knew how to train, I just stopped caring somewhere along the way.


Through most of my 20s, I showed up to the gym, did the bare minimum, and spent the rest of my time chasing comfort. Alcohol, drugs, gambling, working a job I hated. I had the head knowledge, but with zero discipline.


When I finally took my health seriously, my body changed first. Then everything else followed — confidence, faith, a wife, family, finally starting a business.


That's when I realized energy, focus, discipline, and confidence aren't things you summon like hustle culture has you believe. They're downstream effects of a body that's actually healthy.


I'm a CPT & CNC with 15+ years under the bar and the past 4 years obsessing over what actually works in fixing your body.
